A full array of convenient, dedicated Diagnostic Imaging Services as well as a state-of-the-art Wellness & Therapy Center provides patients with a full circle of care under one roof. This unique and collaborative practice has grown to be one of KVH’s most significant programs.

General Surgery

When selecting a surgeon, KVH wants to make sure that you understand the specialty and what the title of “General Surgeon” means. The term “General Surgeon” is a little misleading since in the medical field, the term is a highly trained specialist not a “generalist.”

The term “General Surgery” refers to a specialty area of surgery that focuses on the abdominal organs. You would expect a General Surgeon to operate on some more common abdominal complaints such as appendicitis, hernias, gallbladder, stomach and intestines.

Orthopedic Surgery

The orthopedic program at Klickitat Valley Health treats a wide range of conditions including sports injuries and arthritis. Our surgeon works closely with your primary care provider and a team of rehabilitation therapists and specialists to help you achieve the best outcomes possible. KVH provides care for a full range of patients, from kids to adults.

Anesthesia

The Anesthesia Department provides general and regional anesthesia including conscious sedation for general surgery. The department also provides technical expertise in trauma stabilization, cardiac codes and difficult IV starts, as well as postoperative education for patients and staff.
